Software License Agreement

By using this software, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

This agreement grants you a license to use this software on a single computer only.
You may not distribute copies of the software to others or transfer the software
to another computer over a network. You may not reverse engineer or decompile the
software. You are not allowed to make any modifications to, or to create derivative
works from any of the files that are used in this software. This includes all the
executable, help, data, installation and readme files.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
THE SOFTWARE HEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE
RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE USER ASSUMES THE
ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR
CORRECTION. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED
EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE
PRICE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL BALTIK ENGINEERING OR ANY OF ITS
AUTHORIZED DEALERS OR SUPPLIERS OR THE WRITER OF THIS
SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES
FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, LOSS OF SAVINGS, BUSINESS
INTERUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THE
USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF BALTIK
ENGINEERING OR THE WRITER OF THIS SOFTWARE HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

General:
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and by opening,
installing or using this software you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions. You further agree that this is the complete and exclusive statement
of the agreement between you and Baltik Engineering which supersedes any
proposal or prior agreement. All rights in the software not specifically granted
in this Agreement are reserved by Baltik Engineering.
